I moved to Portland in 1970 for a career opportunity, and stayed there managing a small chain of menswear stores until 1984. I transitioned to hotel marketing management, and that took me to California in 1986. In 1990 I started a small consulting firm, and had the privilege of helping many hotel and business owners reach their customers. These days I am mostly retired, but do enjoy hosting a website for baby boomers and seniors, SeniorSpokane.com.

I returned to Spokane in 2007 after 20 years in San Diego, and have never regretted it for one minute. I appreciate our city in ways I never did as a kid, and love the historic buildings and vibrant neighborhoods. Life is good!

School Story

I loved LC, but regret that I didn't participate more in school activities. Like many of us, I had jobs to save for college, and was somehow in a huge hurry to graduate and "get on with my life". Reconnecting with many of my classmates in the past few years has been great, and I really do look forward to our 50th.

Hi Bruce, sorry I didn't catch up with you Friday night! I did get to chat with Gary Doughty a bit, and was reminded of all the fun we had as kids.

Hi Tony, so glad to see you here! Hope you are coming to the reunion so we can say hello in person.

I am sad to see this, and was hoping to see Dorothy in September. I enjoyed her dry observations about high school life and admired her quick mind. She seems to have had a full and productive life, but is surely gone too soon.
