Dennis R. Sutton&bb&Dennis R. Sutton, 53, of Camano Island died at his home on September 23, 2001.&pe&Dennis was born and raised in Spokane, WA and was a graduate of Lewis and Clark High School. He joined the 105th Tactical Control Squadron of the Washington Air National Guard in Spokane in 1968 and in 1971, he began working for the 105th as a civilian technician. In 1980, Dennis left Spokane and headed to Seattle to work for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as an electronics technician. However, he continued to be a member of the 105th until he retired from the Air Guard in 1988. He continued to work at NOAA until his death.&pe&Dennis is survived by his wife Joyce; two sons, David of Camano Island and Scott of Spokane; his mother, Rosalie; his sister, Darlene Porter of Camano Island; two brothers, Richard of Stanwood and Ronald of San Luis Obispo,CA; and many nieces and nephews.&pe&An informal open house will be held at the family home on Saturday, September 29, from 12noon to 4:00p.m. A memorial service is being planned for the Spokane area. &pe&Memorials may be made to the charity or organization of your choice.
